1. Invoicing Agent: Spot Risks, Act Faster

You may have noticed a smart summary appearing at the top of your invoice module. This feature uses AI to analyse typical customer payment history and cash collection patterns to provide instant, actionable insights.

  • What it does: Notifies you of high-risk customers and provides the total overdue amount.
  • How it helps:
  • Allows you to prioritise follow-ups with a single click.
  • Reduces cash flow blockages by quickly identifying slow payers.
  • Facilitates easy bulk reminder emails without manual filtering or navigating to separate reports like the AR aging summary. The email with sample text is ready to send instantly.

2. Email with Zia: AI-Powered Template Creation

Status: Live | Plan: All

Quickly generate professional email content for templates using a simple natural language prompt.

  • How it works: Simply type a request, such as: "Create a professional email about an attached invoice for a recent purchase."
  • Refinement: If the draft doesn't fully meet your needs, select any line or section to refine it with another instruction (e.g., rephrase, expand, shorten, or adjust the tone).
  • Access: Find the “Email with ZIA” button within the email template editor in Settings.

  • Trigger actions: You can initiate operations directly from the response, such as "Create a customer {CustomerName}" or "WriteOff the Invoice - InvoiceNumber."

CoCreate: Natural Language Record Creation

The CoCreate Agent is an AI assistant that creates records (currently invoices and custom reports) from simple prompts.

  • Invoice Example: Type "Create an invoice for John for 2 bikes priced at 300000 each," and the AI fills in line items, customer details, and amounts in real-time. You can intervene, edit, and save at any point.
  • Custom Reports: Give a prompt, and the agent selects and arranges data into a custom report.

Blueprint Generation with AI

Blueprint, used in custom modules to set up workflow states and transitions, can now be built using a plain language prompt. The AI generates the required states and transitions based on your input.

Bank Reconciliation Agent

Zia-Assisted Transaction Categorization speeds up manual reconciliation.

  • How it works: When you start manual categorization for an uncategorised transaction, Zia pre-fills key fields (contact name, amount, type) based on past patterns.
