A second project with Allergy Standards Ltd, this time tackling a very specific bottleneck: certificates that took up to two weeks to physically sign, in a business built on speed and trust.
The Challenge
Certificates needed physical signatures from both the CEO and the medical chairman, both of whom travel frequently. That alone caused delays of up to two weeks. Asset approvals were just as slow, handled by email chains that left clients confused and one overwhelmed brand manager fielding all of it manually.

An outward-facing asset approval portal replaced the email chains entirely, giving clients one place to submit and track approvals. A Single Sign-On client portal, built in collaboration with Zoho's own product team, now gives every client one personalised hub to download certificates, submit requests and access brand assets.
