Zoho have announced that they have been secretly working on developing a 4G LTE Modem. The chip was the culmination of 8 years work by 50 engineers. This now places Zoho as a competitor against companies such as Qualcomm or Iridium.

A company that worked in the medical equipment supply chain in Bristol selected Zoho One to replace their existing CRM system. Zoho One was the most cost effective solution for them, instantly making a cost saving compared with their existing CRM system. However it offered and facilitated more.

Amongst other feature enhancements, Zoho Docs just got smarter with the introduction of AI (Artificial Intelligence). Since 2017, Zoho has been deploying AI across its products under the branding of ZIA.

The article identifies the challenges of upgrading an ERP System, especially with the desire to move to the Cloud. Zoho doesn't have this issue as it is pure Cloud, i.e. it doesn't sell software for on premise installations.
